Why is it still difficult for businesses to get the information they want in the way they can use? Why has this  been a persistent problem for decades?

We recently conducted a panel discussion, held in conjunction with the recent Open Group Conference in Austin, Texas, to explore these questions and examine the state of data and information management strategies.
